RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

  • We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 30 Days of purchase for an exchange.
  • Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 
  • Delivery Charges will not be reimbursed. 
  • Exchange/Refund requests will be processed within 30 working days after receiving the return products.
  • Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

KHAS Shipping Policy

All prices on our site are displayed in Grand British Pound (GBP) and will be charged accordingly.

This policy only applies to purchases directly made online from khasstores.co.uk. If you have purchased any of our products from any other retail store you will need to return to that store. 
We deliver products worldwide using our courier company DHL Courier.
We ship to most major International cities. Please contact us to make sure that we can send to your location.
Delivery costs
Free Shipping on all orders over £100.
International: We will contact you with a delivery quote which is calculated based on your destination and the size and weight of your order.

 


Delivery Time Frame
Standard Delivery:  Most of our Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3  working days after the payment being received. Some special orders may take up to 4 to 5 weeks.

Specialist Delivery:  Depending on the location some of our products will be delivered directly from our authorized supplier. In these cases, delivery charges and options can be differ.
